    OMG, it's delicious. I used less banana (150gr aprox plátano de canarias) and 50 gr of regular dates and was sweet enough for me. Also adjusted the amount of soya milk because I was using the cup's blender and it didn't fill it! But, anyways, it turned out perfect 🔥

    I tried it and liked it! However, all lentils I've found in the store are about 6-8 grams of protein/100 grams. A full can would amounts to about 15-18grams of protein in this smoothie. Hardly high in protein, right…?
