    1tbsp peant butter = 100kcal 😏
    Half banana= 50kcal
    Then greek yogurt and almond milk are low in calories so I will assume around 50kca from both.
    Total calories= 200 minimum.
    Compared to other shakes it's low in calories but no way it's just 100 calories.
