    I consume in morning warm water with lemon for metabolism 8 o clock in morning I take high protein oats yogabar that's give me 22g of protein mid morning me 1 any fruits and a cup of tea because I can't survive without ittt… In lunch I take 1 cup dal 100-150g rice and 2 eggs in evening I take dahi and banana with chia seeds also I consume mango alternate days in dinner I take 4 piece chicken 1 ya 2 chapati and bed time I take 1 glass milk and 1 dates 😁🤌 I do strength training at home and I gained 16 kgs in just 9 month hahahah mashallah 🫀
