I just tried it. Not too bad. I will play around with the recipe to adapt to my tastes a bit more i used cottage cheese, peanut butter powder, etc. Forgot to add some of my whey protein, next time.
If I use cottage cheese I should blend it first, correct?
It's hard to find unsalted cottage cheese…I guess I'll have to make mine.
So 4 INGREDIENTS at the very least: cheese, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla and maybe a sweetener.
