I have a lot of peanut butter powder to use up. How could I substitute it in these recipes, please?

  8. @kalilah-o7y says

I’d make the first 2 without hesitation. Thanks. Also much appreciate the cups and TB measurements since not everyone that watches uses grams, etc.

  9. @jillraasch8893 says

I love the way you convert the measurements so we can all understand the amount 😊

Just what I have been looking for! I want to have smoothies for breakfast but not too fruit forward and without protein powder! I appreciate you! So glad I found your channel. 🥰🙏🏾❤️

  17. @aStarr-g6d says

Hi what kind of blender do you use? Thank you for these lush smoothies ideas! 🎉

  18. @DIYDSP says

    Beetus. So much fruit. 😮

  19. @pamelajoy67 says

I love to make smoothies with either frozen chickpeas or black beans (or both), frozen bananas, a floret or two of frozen cauliflower, soy or oat milk, vanilla, pure maple syrup, dates, some chia and hemp seeds, and sometimes cacao powder and nibs. Yum!

  20. @briechilli4496 says

is this for one person portion ? 😮

  21. @FreyaGem says

I immediately tried the chocolate PB smoothie after my workout today. I cannot digest protein powders under any circumstances, unfortunately! Me and my partner really dug this smoothie and will definitely be making it again! I used extra firm tofu, left the banana out, and used soymilk instead of water. I added creatine, vanilla, cinnamon, and reishi powder. Very tasty! Thanks for making something for us sensitive-tummied humans who need lots of protein, too 😊

  22. @clivesmith9377 says

    Yum!
But I blinked few times and I missed Poppy😮‍💨

  23. @julieaskingforafriend says

Wait… You're British and you know what peanut butter is?! 😂 With all the flack Americans get, I didn't think anyone else on the planet ate the stuff.

  24. @twinmum1964 says

New to your channel and i love the sound of all 3 of those protein smoothies. I cannot eat cocoa or chocolate so would carob work? It is sweeter so I can remove something else sweet? Cheers

  25. @MagdalenaShakti says

Delish and super healthy! May as well add some Lacinato Kale or Spirulina powder while you're at it!!

  26. @TheAkasha2012 says

Ha, I had the silken tofu idea during our first U.K. heatwave! I used peaches and silken tofu with a bit of vanilla extract abd a tiny squirt of date syrup. It was better than most „unhealthy and tasty“ shakes I’ve had before!

  27. @Travekatze says

Lovely recipes! I need to try them! But how about calories? Don't they have more calories than a similar glass with vegan protein powder?
Cheers from very hot northern Germany 🙂

  28. @carlajilek8310 says

I think add cinnamon to the chocolate. I add black beans instead of tofu

  29. @bhouse5467 says

How many calories in those smoothies?

  30. @gamzeg.5601 says

They're all delicious, but the last one you made seems better to my taste. It also looks lighter.

  31. @mentoring42 says

Thank you so very much for sharing protein smoothies that does "not" involve protein powders. 😊😊😊

  32. @VarsitySleeper says

I've been avoiding buying a protein powder because they are so expensive! I guess it's time to try tofu.

  33. @carolinereynolds2032 says

I'd be cutting those cherries in half. That means you'll find that odd stone there always is.

  34. @kirstypollock6811 says

Thanks for this, George! It's great to have ideas for smoothies when I can't be bothered to cook at all but need food.

I have nothing theoretically against protein powders, I just personally hate the taste of artificial sweeteners and flavourings.

Combine chocolate and cherry for the "Black Forest" smoothie 🙂

  35. @danerdos says

If you want to make the cherry one prettier for guests: add a bit of beetroot powder and it'll be gorgeous. 😀

  36. @Smmphony says

I made the chocolate smoothie earlier. Didn't have any peanut butter on hand (somehow) and only had super firm tofu. It was super easy to make and still turned out great. Thanks, George.

  37. @kayo5291 says

“If you want it less creamy..” Who are these Wait This Is Too Creamy people?? 😂

  38. @gigielizabeth5636 says

Yum !! All those smoothies look so beautiful. Thank u

  39. @gigielizabeth5636 says

WHERE’S YOUR GORGEOUS CURLS ????? lol

  40. @nadirafant6428 says

I have been in a bean smoothie Kick lately and I bean (lol) mostly experimenting with two types: a navy bean almond butter smoothie, and a edamame Matcha smoothie. I add coconut milk to both, dates and a tiny bit of salt. For extra nutrients I add ground flax or hemp seeds. They're very good! And you don't taste the beans too much lol

  41. @anitaneilson6742 says

Omg these look amazing. Definitely going to try them. Why do you add ice cubes?

  42. @Nancy-sj7yg says

I just returned from the supermarket with all the ingredients for the chocolate smoothie. Can't wait to try it for breakfast tomorrow!

  43. @Aru-the-bear says

Amazing recipe! Will share to more (lots of cheers from india)

  44. @romamangwani7263 says

Thank you so much for the amazing protein smoothies.. I tried making the chocolate peanut butter smoothie and it was mind blowing! Being vegan for 5 years now, I have not had such delicious protein smoothie ever that too without protein powder!!! Thank you so much! Kudos to you!

  45. @EvaBlanc-e2q says

Hadn't you had enough of the heat? 💀

  46. @amandawood7015 says
