    650 mein nutrabay ka protein oats le lo, oh jaida achha hein,
    30 gm protien per 100g,
    No added sugar, raisins are added,
    All other company gives us soy protein texturised,
    But nutrabay gives pea protein,
    In soy texturised protien the protein percentage is 60-65
    But in pea protein protein percentage is 70-75 percent,

    If I have to spend money on oats then nutrabay is the first choice.

    I also like doctor Choice but something disappointed me, that is they using soy protein texturised and 15 gm sugar per 100 gm
