For some reason when I drink green tea, I get headaches. Why is that? Maybe too strong?

I’m addicted to hot cocoa with maple syrup or date sugar instead of sugar, with matcha. I worry I’m addicted legit now. It’s a good addiction of so I see now lol

I’ve read both that green tea is high in oxalates and low in oxalates and this is very concerning for someone who forms kidney stones and needs to keep oxalates to 40 mg or less per day. Please comment on this discrepancy. Also after I hit 50 y.o. (I’m in my 70’s) I can’t tolerate caffeine, as many others have found, it disrupts my sleep. Does decaf green tea have the same effect on visceral fat? Thank you for all you do❤

Isn’t there risk of potential liver toxicity in some individuals though?
