Thank you. I've been watching these alot for motivation. I started OMAD diet and hardcore gym. First day March 13, I weighed 230 pounds. I'm suppose to be at 160-175 being 5'9. Today March 25 I am at 207.6 pounds. I shedded 23 pounds in less than 2 weeks. What I did?
I drink hot green tea with cumin, black seed oil, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, a bottle cap of apple cider vinegar, a dab of honey and chopped fresh ginger every morning twice. I work out for 45 minutes and only eat ONCE a day at 4pm. I work as an executive sushi chef so I eat free at work.
1 Chicken breast seasoned with thyme and rosemary in avocado oil. I'll switch next day to steak and repeat. Eating with-
Salad with broccoli, carrots, tofu, soybeans, very spicy thai chili peppers, soybeans, chopped fresh ginger, salmon, tuna, shrimp, avocado, sliced cooked octopus, pickled radish, and the dressing for it all is Lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
My goal 6 months is to get shredded. 23 pounds in less than 2 weeks is amazing to me. I go to the gym on break and after work on the stair master for 20 minutes every day. I'm so proud of myself and I feel better. No more growlings in stomach. With the detox drink, my skin is better, no itching, my shaking hands stopped. Gone. Amazing. This is my hobby now. I don't game or have social media. So I will get there. Thank you.
Doctor, what if we're on IF & we wanna have that coffee in the morning to curb morning hunger?
