This shit would turn my skinny ass on digestion meds into a MONSTER, not sure if you were making a high cal gym supplement on purpose but you succeeded in that, cuz you're NOT gonna lose any fat with these 🙏

i'm pretty sure the "carbs" here are just sugar, and 43 grams of sugar in a shot is diabolical (and so is 516 calories, you can fit a whole fullfilling main course meal in there THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL FULL, FOR SEVERAL HOURS!!), that shit goes straight into fat if you take more than one little sip every 5 minutes, and in what world 43 grams (as well as 516 calories) of FAST CARBS, not even slow ones, is considered "low carb" for a BEVERAGE you're probably going to drink ALONG with MORE FOOD, i'm so happy i can barely feel hunger, fighting this addiction must be hard, stay strong, don't let yourself overeat like that (unless you have some condition that doesn't allow you to eat solid food and that's the only thing you have for the whole day, then my bad)

Look at the calories, not carbs. eat as less sugar as possible, don't eat much fat and instead eat food made of slow carbs (like potatoes for example, preferably boiled, just google it), and move your body to make space for glucose, you don't have to run a marathon, just do stuff and maybe take walks outside
