I’m so deeply dealing with this very thing right now
But I’m a person who adds powdered electrolytes into my water but drinking throughout my days
Or just lemon water but some powdered water enhancers contain The maltodextrin
And being held back with poly neuropathy is impossible to walk and work out the way I need keeps unwanted stomach fat
It’s so hard being keeping this human body on top of things and trying to keep my body in motion is not easy 😣

Is adding honey to tea considered “sugary”?

also, all the 'natural' fruit drinks from the SIMPLY beverage company… (Simply Lemonade, Simply Grape, Simply Orange juice, etc…) danger, Danger, DANGER!! yes, these drinks taste great, but ain't NOTHIN' natural about these liquid sugar bombs… you are asking for immediate weight gain and a fat belly if you consume this fake, chemical-laden, 'naturally flavored' fruit drink…💯 they have been reducing the price on this brand to entice consumers to buy it… don't be fooled… this brand is crazy addictive and the 'naturally flavored' tag it has means it is EXTRA full of unnamed chemicals to make it taste appealing.😢😮

Does anyone else have a particular brand they can name to warn folks about? Add it below in the comments👇and spread the word!!

But flavoured sparkling water is also sweetened with acesulfame K and aspartame which carry a warning being a carcinogen. Someone switching from fruit juices and soda thinking flavoured water is better it’s not, not really.

Thank you for this explanation. I tried to explain that to people, but could not didn’t know the reason fully that it was fiber. I just know that our body processes sugar from foods differently than it processes it from drinks. And buy foods I mean food Whole Foods said, create its own sugar just in case someone decides to put cookies in his list. Other than bananas unless you cook, bananas or dry banana.

Another thing if someone likes to have something sweet and they don’t want a sugar alternative coconut sugar is handled the same way and Apple is in our body. Our body will process it the same way and it will have the same effect where it’s not just dumping it all at once but it’s a slow processing of sugar so if you like something sweet use coconut sugar. Thank me later.

Every time I eat anything sweet or anything that you know like ice cream cookies drinks I have to follow it back with water. I’m for real. I had to drink by two or three glass of water.
