These look good tbh 😅 I used to rely on protein smoothies a lot thinking they’d help, but I was still bloated and tired after them. My stomach always felt off and I kept craving more food later. It got frustrating fast. Then someone in a womens group mentioned Eat.Like.a.Woman.Protocol (Loren.Green)… I tried it and lost 29 lbs, belly flat, energgy feels steady now. feels like something people don’t realize.

  16. I went all in on protein smoothies for a while 😩 thinking that would fix my energy and weight gain, but I still felt bloated and tired all the time. It didn’t change anything long term. I kept tweaking things, nothing worked. Then a friend mentioned Menopause.Transitiion.Playbook (Lisa.Grant). I followed it and everything shifted… 29 lbs gone, digestion better, energy steady. Honestly feels like something more women should know.

Same, I had smoothies almost every day 🥲 thinking I was doing everything right, but I still felt puffy, low energgy, and stuck. Nothing really changed long term. Then I came across Eat.Like.a.Woman.Protocol (Loren.Green) in a forum… I followed it and dropped 31 lbs, digestion feels calm now, no more constant discomfort. kinda crazy this isn’t talked about more.

  18. Same here, I was obsessed with hitting protein goals 😓 shakes, smoothies, tracking everything, but my body still felt off and the weight wouldn’t budge. It was so discouraging. I thought I was doing everything right. Then I came across women discussing Menopause.Transitiion.Playbook (Lisa.Grant). I tried it and things finally worked… 30 lbs down, sleep better, body balanced. Not sure why this isn’t talked about more.

I hate when powders are relied on in these recipes, they are expensive. She should have substitutions cause not everyone is rich these days.

How can I make a low carb, gluten free smoothie with no powders but with greek yogurt and/or unsweetened almond milk?

  24. @erikagoerner22 says

Do you have any discount codes for ritual or ballerina? Of those two, which one taste better. I already do flavcity.

  25. @carlathompson8288 says

Love your recipes! I have a question about the Flavcity Protein Powder. It does not appear to be low carb but you still use it a lot. What are your thoughts on this?
