High Protein Ice Cream (Healthy Kulfi Style) 🍨💪
Ingredients:
• Paneer – 100 grams
• Soaked cashew nuts – 15
• Soaked almonds – 10
• Soaked makhana (fox nuts) – 10
• Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
• Honey – 2 tbsp
• Saffron – 10 strands (soaked in 1–2 tsp hot water)
• Milk – ½ cup
Method:
1. Add paneer, soaked cashew nuts, soaked almonds, soaked makhana, cardamom powder, honey, soaked saffron, and milk into a mixer grinder.
2. Grind everything into a smooth and slightly thin creamy paste.
3. Pour the mixture into kulfi molds.
4. Freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
5. Once frozen, remove from the mold and enjoy.
6. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals before serving.
