Banana is fine for taste but lowers berries antioxidants absorption. Any fruit that browns should not be taken with antioxidant foods

If you mix protein powder to anything it becomes high in protein…..
You can make anything with 100g especially when you add 2 scoops of protein powder.. nothing special here.. try being original

well guess what! if u want 100 grams of protein, and u can spend 120-150$ a month on just protein powder every month, just drink 4 scoops of whey….. an even better way is to have 2 shakes of 50 each so u wont feel like puking….
now that would be 100 calories less…. one thing that sucks is u wont get the antioxidants from the berries, but u can add them as a snack later
but if u do have the privelage (time, and money) it is way better to get the protein from unprocessed sources, u can have healthy meals 3 times a day and hit ur protein 100-150grams with a planned budget diet

Combine it with 2 cups of dry pintos and 1 lb of chicken breasts mixed with any stock and plenty of peppers and onions and spices in a pressure cooker for 1.5 hours and you can EASILY go past 200g of protein and just maybe kiss the 2k calorie marker…
