Good Lord do you actually believe what you are saying? Have you done ANY research at all?

  4. @steveoreilly3018 says

The Chinese were told by early communist leaders to drink hot water. The reason? Simply to prevent illness due to poor water quality. No specific health benefits other than killing bacteria by heating it. If you think hot water is a health trend you are a fool.

I have known this for over 40 years. It shouldn't be hot but warm instead

I stopped drinking cold water last year Chugging down a small tumbler of water from the tap brought on an arythmia. Check up at A&E confirmed the heart event. Couple of pills and a 3 hour stay sorted it out. Now I always sip cold water. If I want to chug down water I warm it up in the microwave.

This has been a thing for decades. Online losers, I mean "influencers/content creaters" needing content so bad they act like they discovered a new health secret.

GPs just know fancy language “no evidence” meaning they don’t know. To keep people stuck to medicine to profit pharma and away from to cure!

  10. @ubaidnawab4028 says

What GP would know about? They have zero to no training or studies about nutrition and natural ways of staying fit and they don’t believe the huma body can heal itself. All they know is pharma told them to prescribe medicine to make profit – even NHS in the UK pays billions to pharma companies quite obviously. Remember a cured patient is a customer loss to pharma!

Heat or hot water helps with constipation. I mean all these 20 and 30 years aren't 💩 and backed up. Heat allows that stool to soften. Collon cancer is spreading and nobody is conscious to this….. Coffee , hot water with lemons, tea no sugar no honey just tea is good enough. Gotta do this for several months to see results. Prune juice too. Pear juice .

  20. @CricBiru says

Islam has supported the use of lukewarm water for many years, as it eliminates phlegm and bad breath, improves eyesight, strengthens the stomach and teeth, removes excess yellow bile, reduces stomach heat, cures headaches, and cleanses the liver (detoxification). Alhamdulillah !!!
Now, modern science is also proving it correct. You can search for details.

I like my hot water with certain contaminants, like water that's had a specific kind of ground up beans soaked in it, something sweet and some dairy. Basically the same thing, right?
