Hi Carol! Thank you for the recipe! I’ve used epsom salts and essential oils, but everything else is new to me. Can’t wait to try it. Now, it’s just finding a day when I’m NOT doing anything the next. Hope April brings you some good biking weather 🤞❤️

Happy Easter Carol. If I were to get into the bath I’m not sure I would get out again. It’s a very long time since I last sank into a bath and really struggled to get out again. I guess I’ll have to rely on my 3/4 litres of water and kidneys for my detox. Great news on your weight loss. I’m afraid I’ve put a few pounds on this week, though I’ve broken a few personal bests at the gym, now dead lifting 30 kilos, improving in my assisted pull ups, dips and squats on a bosu ball, so I’m happy with that. Have a lovely week, hope you get out on your bike this week, if not a few lovely walks in that countryside on your door step.

I saw this video title. I was in awe. I watched it in full. I'm happy it helps you. May it continue to do so.

I haven't taken a bath in years. I have taken a shower daily. I do what is known as the James Bond shower. Have been since 2019. I start off warm to hot then take up to the final 2 minutes cold.

It has helped me to lose weight. Not just take off the pounds. I feel a bit more awake. It helped me reduce my blood pressure. I know he's not a real man; but, I have more respect for the James Bond character.

You are finally under 210 pounds. I'm so proud of you. I respect how you weight yourself.

Guess what? My monthly weigh ins are done naked. Don't feel any shame!
