Grace you are amazing. I’m so glad I found you. You have really quieted down all of the what should I eat chatter on YouTube. Thank you so much and congratulations.

Hi Grace, How is the Flav City mix? I've heard mixed reviews. In case you missed it, from your last question, Thank you. The cruise was a family fun trip for us plus my husbands brother and sister, who'd never cruised before. We had lots of sea days (12 day cruise) and most of the islands were fun. I didn't care for Aruba. I think the 10mg is too strong for me so I did 7.5 before we left and while on the cruise. Still nauseous but better. Who ever heard of losing weight on a cruise? lol It was a good cruise and another on tap for October, woohoo. Where do you cruise out of? 🛳

    I'm down to 131.2.

Your recipes all sound so fabulous! I’ve really been desperately trying to find a substitute for yogurt. I’ve tried three different brands and flavors so far and I absolutely HATE all of them. I don’t usually have a sensitive stomach, but honestly, just taking one bite makes me gag. 🤢 Like an idiot I bought some premade pudding, and then realized it was made out of skim milk and cornstarch, two things that will make me sicker than a dog. 😭 BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD! I also tried to bloom some Chia seeds in pineapple juice 🍍, and no bueno, it did not work at all. I guess I need to bloom them first in water, and then just add them to my juice when I want to drink it. Maybe I’ll try and freeze my juice and eat it like an icy. 😋

Are all the products you show in the first recipe with the mangoes and the oats? Are those all sold at Target? Is that why it says that on your post

  11. @JurlineKing says

Hey Grace, I love your Ability to go over and Above to get that fiber and protein in. Kudos! 💯💯💯💚💚💚🥰

Greys!!! Always bringing something different to the table!!! 😃 That’s why everyone is always coming back for more!! I’m not into the seeds of it all, but, who knows, I might add them somewhere someday. My daughter recently got me to try cottage cheese for the first time in my life and I liked
it!!! Say wut???!!!! 😮😳😂😂 My high fiber breakfast starts off with MiraLAX in my profee. If I want more fiber, the Sola bagels do the trick for me. Or, I might make a breakfast taquito with a high fiber tortilla and add avocado to it. As you can tell, I keep it pretty basic! .. 😃🙄☺️😇❤

These are some excellent breakfast ideas. I used to love eggs, but since starting my glp-1, i can not stand eggs 😢 Have you tried the greek yogurt: Ratio Pro Fiber? It has 20 g protein & 10 g fiber. I have been eating that for breakfast with 1 cup of raspberries (8 g fiber) giving me 18 g fiber for breakfast. I have occasionally added chia seeds to the yogurt, but the basil seeds would seriously crush the fiber for such little effort. I will have to look for some.

  22. @BrendaBolin-w2j says

Do you count your carbs? I kinda do but not really good. I think we need energy from carbs

  23. @ElleNaturally says

Absolutely love overnight oats. Love chia seeds. I add in cinnamon and nutmeg ❤❤

  24. @annaqsmith says

Do the basil seeds have a flavor?

  25. @themami0504 says

I tried to make that pudding….not yummy 😢

  26. @rubyd5681 says

I looked for basil seeds but can only find them online. I try not to order everything so I'll stick with my chia seeds.

Depending on what I had for dinner I like to put leftovers in a high Protein & Fiber tortilla. Quick & easy. Yesterday was rotisserie chicken, ranch Greek yogurt dip, bell peppers and cottage cheese.
I've been thinking about doing a batch of smoothies and freezing them. I use milk, yogurt, tofu, frozen fruit & chia seeds.

How's the step challenge going Greys? Im switching up my weights routine this week. Getting bored with lifting heavy.
