    I drink Kachava, add a handful of mixed nuts in it and a banana. Boom!! Extremely satiating! If you are adding only three or 4 nuts, don’t bother! Brazil nuts are the only exception! Don’t eat more than 3.
    Seeds you cannot over do, they are not as appetizing!
