The irony is that Dr Mike and Mike Mentzer actually had pretty congruent thoughts on nutrition, and this video actually proves it. Mentzer was one of the first mainstream bodybuilders to preach “calories in versus calories out”. And isn’t Dr Mike in league with that sentiment?
