According to Ayurvedic principles, mixing yogurt with fruit is generally discouraged because it is considered an incompatible food combination that can lead to fermentation in the gut.

Fortunately for me, both my boys love fruit of all kinds and a few vegetables too. But these look great and I know my boys would love a frozen treat like this.

I like the popsicles idea. But just fyi refined sugar is broken down to glucose and prunes still have sugar that's broken into glucose. The difference is fruits have fibre so it helps stabilize blood sugar.

I’ve heard adding banana to smoothies and such ruins the other health benefits from the other fruits. Not 100% certain how true it is, but you should look into it.

That's right! California supplies the entire U.S. with most of the fresh produce we get in grocery stores. So to all you California haters out there, you might want to be grateful for us. I've met so many people who talk mad crap about Cali, not realizing that the U.S. would be nothing without us. We're also a donor state (we pay for Texas) and the 4th largest economy in the world, so when you have the urge to speak negatively about California, remember these facts.

    Those popsicles look delicious! 😋
