INGREDIENTS, RECIPES AND TIPS BELOW. In this recipe, I show you how to prepare a drink inspired by traditional Indian practices, combining spices studied for their potential antioxidant and natural anti-inflammatory effects, such as ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. It is a simple, aromatic, and easy-to-make option at home that can be part of a balanced diet. It does not replace any medical treatment, but it can be a tasty way to include more spices in your routine. Let me know in the comments if you are going to make it exactly like this or if you are going to adapt any ingredients. And check out the related videos I have selected below to help you.

I must say did not have the cardamom seeds don't even know what they look like I've just heard of them a misplaced my nutmeg which I found later after the fact and did not have coconut milk. But I used what I had since I was house-sitting. And I didn't think a whole lot about it but wow. Even though my green tea wasn't loose I cut open a green tea bag and put that in there and a couple of hours later I was like wow I don't hurt anymore at least not for right now and it felt great. I'm beginning to think the doctors were right when they told me several years ago I had arthritis in my neck. And I told him they were full of it cuz my neck doesn't bother me. Logo what about 10 years later well guess what my neck is bothering me especially when it's going to rain. So this helps so thank you so so much!🎉🎉🎉👍👍

Black tea is very popular here in the UK. I'd love to make this drink. There are many curry powders available here too, with all the ingredients, plus more. So this is a cheap, great, healthy drink for me to make. Thank you, Patricia 😊

I thought black tea was what Lipton Tea bags are
That's what most Americans drink but you only drink it when you feel bad. Are you talking about something else?
