Hm okay but wasn’t there a study that showed that in order to have any anti-inflammatory effects on the body you’d essentially have to consume a few hundred kilograms or something?

I make a 4 egg frittata every 2 days with a dash of pecorino, and as much veg and herbs as I can get in there. No added oil. I make it in an 20cm baking tin lined with baking paper cooked 10min in oven (160’c fan) for 12 minutes whilst I make dinner. Half in a Tupperware cold at my desk with a coffee is about as good as it gets and fills me up for 4/5 hrs.

Not sure that tiny bit of turmeric will do much, especially since you need black pepper to absorb it better, but at lunch or dinner would make sense.

About anti nutrients and soaking, I do that with my oats, discard the water and then I add them to a smoothie. Is it necessary to discard the liquid to have the least amount of antinutrients (as the case wouldn't be so in overnight oats esp with milk as the liquid) ?

  20. @oscargibson-u1u7o says

isnt the overnight oats only like 260 calories

Bananas are delicious, but I'm guessing you didn't see the study that showed bananas destroy nutrients in the shake/smoothie and should never be added. Just have them on the side.
