In Aust we can get psyllium husk in a capsule form, would that work as well?

2T is a lot! That sounds like a man-sized portion. For my more petite female size Idk if I’d go more than 1T!

Y’all are gonna hurt yourselves with that amount lol

He didn’t warn you to drink, drink, drink lots of water. If your body isn’t used to this you’ll be cramped up like you’re having a heart attack ! I started off with 1/2 tsp. A week in I went to 1 tsp. By the time I got to 1 1/2 tsp. I felt I needed to go to the ER. Every body isn’t the same. Test it out, go slow and see how much works for you 😊

Started doing this since your first video about Psyllium Husk where you experimented on yourself for a month. I've been going lighter just to ease myself in but wow does it ever slow down my digestion and delay hunger in a way that is completely mindblowing. Highly recommended.

This is exactly what I used to do way back in my 20s. I was quite a bit thinner then. To help maintain that sleek, LA beauty standard, I would also freeze my fruit salad so that it would take forever to eat at dinner time, if I ate at dinner time…

I consulted this with my gastrologist. He pointed out 2 teaspoons was too much. 1 is enough, instead of overloading.

I am going to try this after work. 5 o'clock hits and I go into snack mode, but dinner is about 6:30 so I wreck that with snacks.

  10. @deborahe3117 says

I tried one tablespoon and within an hour had severe stomach cramps, which had me doubled over in pain for about 2 hours. I will never do that again….

A lot of your followers are about to get painful constipation for no benefit

  14. @comingverysoon says

I have a much more palatable solution that has worked well for me for years: A cup of coffee! Just one postpones my appetite for ~2-3 hours, sometimes longer.

  15. @ericasanchez9133 says

Trying it today if needed thank you

  16. Thanks!! Im defnitely going to do this!!!

  17. @terrymanahan9586 says

Two tablespoons?!!! In only 8 ounces of water??? Seems too much with too little water to me. 😮😮

  18. @BHA-2025 says

This works! And it is very ethical; we need a certain amount of fiber per day that we typically don't take in 😊
