You're self sabotaging.The amount of discipline it took you to get to where you are today is no different than the discipline your going to need to fight your mental. 5 lb away from your goal isn't your body fighting you its your "why". Sometimes the "struggle" can feel so familiar that accomplishing your goals can feel like a threat to the body bc of the unknown.
