I do personally look for unsweetened, specifically because I have not yet found an alternative sweetener that tastes remotely okay to me.

I take more issue with the sneaky labeling that some brands use around these terms, much like the term "natural."

Whatever that is needs to lay off the face oils.

  13. @Silwith says

Considering all the chemicals that man has in and on his lips there I think he got bigger problems then eating playdough… πŸ˜€

Some people gotta understand that the whole point of fiber is that we can't really digest it

  18. @brencislloyd9517 says

The funniest part is that you CAN eat playdough and it actually does have minimal nutrition lol. Tastes nasty though.

That said, I'm one of the unfortunate few that aspartame triggers migraines in and I still think it's perfectly fine for anyone else. Because, shocker, the world doesn't revolve around only one type of person with one type of body that digests and processes things in one type of way.

Like, I have POTS and I'm supposed to be drinking electrolytes by the liter and adding extra salt to all my foods. But that's absolutely not good for most people and I'm not going to go making dumb videos telling people they're not getting enough sodium just because my sodium needs are at least 5 grams a day and preferably closer to 10 grams. That's an insane amount for an average healthy person.

I don't get why so many people will just not do research or claim something is bad for everyone just because it doesn't agree with them specifically. Like….hello????
