    Ich mache das schon seit ein paar Jahren für mich und meine Kinder. Anstatt Skyr nehme ich griechischen Joghurt und anstatt eines Smoothies nehme ich frisches Obst je nach Saison. Im Moment Erdbeeren oder Nektarinen.
