Whenever I make this sort of thing, it just ends up tasting like pure yogurt. It dominates the flavor so badly that it doesn’t even remotely taste like a proper dessert. The fancy presentation just gives you false hope, really.
What are these background sounds called i want these i love theseee someone pls tell me
You are using protein powder and it tooks you 1 hour to make. Never seen something dumb like this 😂😂
Why are you still drinking protien when you can eat it 😂
I am gonna make it! If it taste horrible i am gonna be so mad
People will do anything to justify their sugar addiction 😂
Diabetes before gains
that much protein in that little volume with no liquids is just messing up your gut, if it's right after you eat it or 10 years down the line
they put protein in shakes for a reason
1400 calories for only 125g protein and you call it a protein shake replacement?
I thought that was a pokemon binder in the thumbnail
Say anything for content. Looks good. Just a stupid premise.
Because we are tired of eating protein😢 in order to reach my goal i must do liquid protein or I'm under every time
Just add protein powder to nonfat Greek yogurt
That. Is gonna be. The driest. Dense and most suffocating dessert. Give it 1-3 bites, and you'd be suffering of how bad it is taste wise 😭
Bro is completely missing th point of what protein powder is for. Not everyone has the time of day to make bs like this. Might taste good to you but I’d much rather drink my shake that is good because I don’t buy whey protein, iso protein is the best and genuinely isn’t ass, and then eat a sweet of some sort, ice cream whatever, people just so used to ginormous portions, I be satisfied with like 3 spoonfuls of ice cream, a bowl of cereal is also a great sweet treat.
i bet it tastes nothing like a "real sweet", but yeah, protein and less calories
Lot of people dont like sweet treats I love chocolate but maybe once a week at most I dont care for sweet food often
Looks good as a sweet treat every now and then
What a sorry attempt at a "better" food concept
Because amongst the many things you don't understand, you also can't grasp the concept of an individualized health plan
I bet it tastes like chocolate flavoured chalk
Ngl if I meal prepped a weeks worth it would make hitting 200g protein a lot easier. At the same time I'd have to buy a lot of greek yoghurt😂
obviously this doesn't replace a protein shake but its a good replacement for when you are craving something sweet once in a while
Well this is horrible for your gut health buddy
