I drink molasses blackstrap with baking soda when I wake up first thing in the morning. Then 40 minutes later I drink Ceylon cinnamon with apple cider vinegar with the mother and lemon and a squirt of honey in 20 ounces of warm . water. After that I wait 45 more minutes and take oregano oil with black seed oil and a little water and honey. One teaspoon of black seed oil and 2 drops of oregano oil. Then after one hour. I drink sip on water with a pinch of Himalayan salt and lime 🍋‍🟩 throughout the day until around lunchtime say 1pm, have some healthy snacks. And so on. 😊 every day…

I have osteoporosis. Can I use apple cider vinegar, doctor? Thank you for an answer!

  16. @weirdshit says

Apple cider vinegar has a pH level between 2.0 and 3.5.
A healthy human stomach has a highly acidic pH level between 1.5 and 3.5 when fasting.

Logically you should be able to consume it as it was close to your stomach ph right? No. ACV can thin your stomach lining if you consumed it too often. 3 days once should be fine. Best for pre heavy workout drink as it stabilize glucose level. Dont drink it for food digestion.
