When I started my Keto diet back 7 years ago. I would concoct a drink with green tea , spinach, ACV, fresh lemon fresh blueberries or strawberries and a little stevia. Once I got used to it stopped the stevia. I lost 93 lbs. In a year but had to stop the spinach cause I found out its a big booster of kidney stones but since I started eating healthier I have only had 2 incidents with them where before the diet it was every 6 months. I have tried adding matcha and Ceylon cinnamon with my drink too! TY will try the turmeric drink I did notice though when I was using termeric in my recipes it seemed that my hand felt more arthritic and that was why I was trying it to help it so I stopped it. I asked my doctors and they said they didn't know.
