I had such a massive reaction after having chia pudding 4 days in a row. Same with teaspoon of flax seeds and oil. I have severe painful eczema around my eyes and mouth. Not had it for a week now but still suffering. It can take up to 30 days to recover from reaction.

Cheers to our smoothies, Dr. Brooke Goldner. These days I don't use fruits in my smoothies. It is just a few hundred grams of leafy greens and a glass of water only. I want to save some money that I spend on fruits and buy fuel for my ride instead. Rs 187/litre fuel in my country. That's insane. I'm confused whether I should fuel up my body or my vehicle. Iran-US war has directly affected my morning smoothie. 😅😅
