Dairy Farmers by far the best. Try the others. Vanilla is the best out of the lot in my opinion
Awesome to see your top 3 is also my top 3 that I go for based mainly on which one is on sale and they rotate which means I always find one with a deal all the time.
If you’re looking for the caffeine hit and the Dare one is not on sale, hot tip, purchase the dairy farmers chocolate or vanilla flavour and add however many shots of coffee you like into it and boom you’ve got a mocha or ice vanilla latte.
When is 209 cals ever considered as a meal size?
$5.50 for a 30g protein shake is .18 cents per gram of protein, a can of tuna is 1.24 for 30g which is .04 cents per gram of protein. Yall are brainwashed by supplements.
No tier list here is diabolical
The mango one is unreal
Nothing about sugar content surely that should be an issue.?
FOODIE's protein shakes are genuinely the best and it's not even a question.
We have Brownes in WA, their chill protein choc milk is delicious. Lower protein to calorie ratio, but regularly on special for $2.90 which makes it a banger choice with a banana or apple when I'm on the road in the truck
for a more accurate comparison taste-wise, shouldnt you have gotten all similar flavour?
Up and go is barely milk lol its mostly vegetable oils nasty stuff
Love it brother, love to see fellow Aussie review Aussie products too! The Dare protein coffee in the 2L is insane value… that takes the cake for me! Crazy protein to money value if buying in bulk
rokeby is terrible for gut health
Great video, absolutely love the rokeby, and have stopped having them as discovered I was lactose intolerant, didn't know it had lactase which is a nice surprise!.
Surprised you didn't have way more subscribers and engagements.
Hey Woolworths’s milk guy here. Those up and go drinks actually come non refrigerated and we put them on the cold shelves. Probably explains the big ingredient list. Personally would stay away from them.
it's all slop
elite supps is garbage with everything. great video though
3:41 But is the Full+ using Casein Protein not an Isolate? In which case it is slower digesting and better for use as a meal replacement?
Bro. Time to try the oxyshred , they’re available at 7/11 servo’s and Ampol foodery. Often 2 for $8 special,425ml bottles , blows these out of the water for protein / calorie ratio. 30g protein, 150 calories for the choc and vanilla and strawberry flavour, 160 calories for the iced coffee. Lactose free milk, for those of us who can’t handle too much milk, and honestly, the flavours are decent
Dairy Farmers is my go to followed by Rokeby so Im gladseeing these result. Rkeby goes on special too pretty often. The pauls pudding cups really put me off the brand, they were not nice in my opinion.
Paul's or Rokeby. Always find them on special and the calories to protein ratio is pretty solid. My personal favourites.
Completely agree with your top 3 and where you landed on all of them.. those are my go to for a quick hit when on the go.. I was sceptical of the dares when their protein drinks came out, but since trying them.. they've replaced my mid morning snack/ coffee
Hell yeah w video
Paul’s is the GOAT. You should also test the same flavour across different brands. Or do the same flavour protein across all the powder shake brands (ON, MacroMike, Ryse, etc.).
Can you please rate ready to eat or frozen meals next
Rip my up & gos 🥲
