One non-fiction book rec that I really enjoyed recently is Midnight in Chernobyl. It's the story of everything that happened, before and after, with the Chernobyl nuclear disaster – and includes so much fascinating behind-the-scenes government info, and glimpses into what life was like in the Soviet Union. The book also simplifies the complex scientific stuff so that a regular person can understand. Absolutely recommend!!

I know you have mentioned your nighttime routine is quite exciting – with songs/dance. You might want to switch the exciting stuff to a different part of the day, and have nighttime be very calming. Low lights, quiet bath, sleepy music, rocking in low light with a nighttime book, and set him down awake.
We started shopping at Meijer and I THINK we’re saving a little on groceries. I definitely found things that are cheaper than they are at Krogers. My son turns 2 this month and the first day I went without breastfeeding was April 29. I made it 4 days then gave in once, but we are back to no nursing sessions. I didn't know how to stop because he loves nursing so much but my milk has naturally dried up so it was starting to hurt as he pulled more, wanting more. It helped when I would offer him a sippy cup of milk to distract a bit. He's currently teething with the 2 year old molars and it's so rough. I know nursing comforted him so much in teething and I'm sad I can't offer that for these teeth. It was time to stop but also sad since I enjoyed it so much.
Oh Clancy, I know that feeling when breastfeeding journey coming to the end! So happy for you! Recently went through the weaning process with my now almost 20 month old toddler. And that wasn’t my plan from the beginning to breastfeed her for 18 months but somehow I did😅 My girl was also falling asleep while breastfeeding so the bed time feeding was the last and hardest to drop. What helped? We changed our routine a bit where I gave her milk ( oatmilk in our case) in the straw bottle about an hour before bed time and we will do it downstairs, not in her bedroom. I did combine that bottle with tons of snuggles😊 Then our routine as usual and surprisingly she never wanted/asked to breastfeed her again. And I didn’t offer😅 Well, now it takes longer for her to fall asleep and a lot of story time and me singing involved but I’m actually free and like you said I’m happy to have my body back!

I just got Botox for the 1st time (I’m 45). I have some crazy forehead wrinkles. The Botox helped. I feel so much better more confident. Smile lines and other wrinkles don’t bother me, but those forehead wrinkles…😢
