    A strawberry banana oat smoothie is a fiber-rich, filling breakfast or snack that combines the natural sweetness of fruit with the heartiness of whole grains. Using frozen fruit creates a thicker, milkshake-like consistency without watering it down with ice.

    🥤Ingredients:
    1 cup toasted oats
    -300 g frozen strawberry
    -1 cup plant milk ( almond milk,soya milk)
    -20 g walnuts
    -1 Tablespoon agave syrup / honey/maple
    -1 medium banana

    ✅️Procedure:
    Pour the oats in a pan.Toast in medium heat for a few minutes you'll know well they're ready when start to smell toasty and nutty.When they slightly turn darker.

    Combine: Add the oats strawberries, milk,walnuts,banana and any sweeteners or extracts to the blender.

    Blend: Process on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.

    Adjust: If it's too thick, add a splash more milk; if too thin, add a few more oats or ice cubes and blend again.

    Serve: Pour into a glass and top with fresh strawberry and crush walnuts.
