Honest question: how many steps a day do you ACTUALLY get?👇Drop the number + comment "BORING" if you're done with magic-exercise hunting.
(And yes the answer really is walking.. The video explains why that's not the whole story.)

I do a single 2500 step walk daily. I wt train 3 times/wk and I cycle twice/wk average 25 -32 miles each ride. In the winter I run on a treadmill for 29 minutes.I am 5'11" 166lbs,70 yrs old, 32" waist.40" chest.I luv my morning walk but more than that I find boring and especially when there are other options.Whats really important is doing a once/wk leg wt train in your gym.

Caring for the body is good—it’s great—but what about the soul? What happens without the soul, without caring for it? Caring for the body while neglecting the soul is completely pointless, because the body is temporary while the soul is eternal. And to truly care for the soul, physical exercise isn't enough; one must stop sinning. Yet people don't even know what sin is—they haven't the faintest idea—but I’ll enlighten you; I’ll tell you what it means to care for the soul. There are four main types of sin for which people suffer during their lifetime and end up in hell🔥 after death💀☠: 1) consuming meat, fish, or eggs; 2) using intoxicants of any kind, including tea🍵 and coffee☕; 3) illicit sex (sex outside of marriage); and 4) gambling of any sort. HARE KRISHNA! 🙏🙏🙏

If any of you need some real life inspiration…
Back in march i decided i wanted to fix my weight and my life.
Since then i've been walking a lot, and counting calories.
I'm aiming for around 1800-1900 calories a day, but accepting that some days, i'm a bit more hungry, or …. life happens and it ends up at 2400…
Then it's just getting back into it the next day.

These two small things (and trying to lift a bit but i suck at it…) has made me lose close to 18kg / 40lbs so far.
While it's sucked a fair bit (blisters …. hello) it's also been fun, and im now trending towards walking 21km / 13.1 miles per day – just because i want to be able to say i do half a marathon daily. Is it dumb? i mean… yes… But we all have goals to keep us going!

I moved to the Dominican Republic 5 months ago. The capital city of Santo Domingo in an apartment across the street from a large, beautiful park. I walk it every morning and don't eat until the afternoon. No fast food or delivered food. I try to drink enough water and get enough sleep. I DO need to incorporate weight training, but I have a little fear because I had open heart surgery a year ago and sometimes my ribcage hurts a little where they cut it open. I quit alcohol and smoking after the surgery. I am 245 now and want to lose 50-60 lbs. It is slowly coming off but I am building muscle as well after many sedentary years. I am determined to make my remaining years healthy since I have retired and finally have the time to enjoy life.
