    Id be more worried about all the pesticides in fruits and vegetables than anything else. Even the so called organic isn't that, they play with the definition all the time. What are you concerns about the following. Approximately 75% of non-organic fruits contain pesticide residues, with berries (like strawberries and blackberries) typically carrying the highest levels. Frozen conventional produce, particularly imported strawberries and blackberries, often test positive for multiple pesticides and insecticides, as these fruits are highly susceptible to pests. How do you navigate this ? Can't just say it doesn't exist

    Make sure and triple, quadruple check your water filters and use the right ones. Not all water filters are created equal. They're like the FDA.. just bc they approve it doesn't mean its good for you.
