    THANKYOU SO much this video convinced me to return my Chia seeds because at 72 I think theyre just a bit too dangerous for seniors no matter how well you soak them , I don"t need to risk constipation in order to get the benefits . I will use psyillium seed husks instead , a MUCH safer , and gentler alternative , NO soaking required, NO fermentation , abdominal discomfort or bloating that chia seeds can cause even with careful preparation which I don"t have the patience for anyway !
