    Ingredients:
    1 green apple, chopped
    1 handful kale, stems removed
    1 orange, peeled
    1/2 cucumber, chopped
    1 scoop protein powder
250–300ml cold water or coconut water
    A few ice cubes, optional

    Instructions:

    1. Add the cucumber, orange, green apple, kale, protein powder, and water to the Optimum 9400 Essential High Speed Blender jug.
    2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
    3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra water and blend again for 5–10 seconds.
    4. Pour into a glass and enjoy fresh as a quick green breakfast smoothie.

    Tip:
For a colder, more refreshing smoothie, use chilled fruit or add a few ice cubes before blending.
