What did you use as a liquid in the protein shake? Just water.
Cool🎉
Can you do a Flavecity shake?
Thank you!!
What?! This has to be a God-sent sign because I LITERALLY just made a blueberry smoothie yesterday with Kale and Protein powder wondering if it would be better with the added fiber and this video just answered everything I needed to know 🙏🏿💯
Have you ever used beef isolate protein shake? That’s what I use instead of whey to reduce potential for a blood sugar spike.
DAYUM!
Did it taste the same though!?
Could you please try blueberries+avocado+buttermilk or kefir?
What brand whey protein did you use??
What would the result be without the broccoli? I love broccoli, but not in a blueberry shake. The Whey protein powder is fine.
It was better but still not good.
Has he tried weightlifting after eating? very curious about it
What if you used Whole Milk in this shake vs water? How would that impact the spike i wonder?
I was told that taking a 15 minute walk after eating, will also significantly reduce your blood sugar spike. I say… test the theory. Eat 3.5 ounces of frozen blueberries, and then take a 15 minute walk immediately afterwards, and then we can see if the spike is truly reduced.
Try without the broccoli
Thank you! I didn’t know I could use broccoli that way
Did you add any liquid to the shake before mixing?
Yeah, but how did it taste with broccoli?
I like the vegetable addition. I eat 2/3 cup frozen organic blueberries with 1 cup low fat cottage cheese = 30g protein – give that a shot…?
Wow. Didn't think I'd ever drink broccoli 😅🥦. Trying it out tomorrow
😂 Sorry, but it doesn't exactly sound like something I'd want to drink…broccoli and blueberries 🫐 😂 😂😂!
