    I LOVE a smoothie but- Even though those extra bright bananas taste sweet, they are super high and sugar.

    I learned from a dietitian a few things. A smoothie is one of the first things that could ruin a calorie deficit or low sugar eating lifestyle. The more ripe a banana is the much higher and natural sugar it is. I tend to eat mine and even freeze them at just over green. Peanut butter, although I use natural is also higher in sugar. PB fit is amazing if you haven't used it yet give it a try.
    I was also taught to always measure.

    This stuff might not matter for you ladies being so young and having a super high metabolism, but at my age and my 50s and when you get there, it's really going to make a difference.
