    I used to eat seeds, nuts and red meat. Pause. A lot… but then you piss out or watch someone close to you piss out a kidney stone and you say hell nah I don't wanna goto the hospital and be put on flow max and have to piss out rocks till the xray comes back clean. Half the time they say you still have one that is yet to come down and you most likely won't pass it today so you can go home. No peanuts no seeds and control the red meat intake my brothers unless you wanna piss out literal fire. Or if you wanna get some idea of what a women goes through pregnancy. One kidney stone and you will change you're whole life.
