    THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING RECIPE!!! Suggestion ~ soak frozen bananas in cold or room temp. water for 30 seconds to 1 minute and skin will pull off easily.

    Thank you I've been doing a superfood base smoothie now over 20 years myself here in Los Angeles and I put two teaspoons of chia seeds hemp seeds and flax seeds along with walnuts and pumpkin seeds along with a big spoonful of Spirulina cacao powder and maca powder and I sprinkle in cinnamon turmeric and Ginger and I top it with four bananas and 3 dates and I buy myself Frozen acai and put one of those in too and it's backed with three glasses of clean water so I get plenty of water with it too
