    துளசி இலை = ஐந்து , புதினா இலை = ஐந்து , சன்ன லவங்கப்பட்டை = ஒரு அரை இன்ச் அளவு , இஞ்சி = சிறிய துண்டை தோல் நீக்கி இடித்து சேர்க்கவும். தண்ணீர் = இரண்டு கப் ( டம்ளர்) ஊற்றி நன்கு கொதிக்க வைத்து அந்த தண்ணீர் ஒரு கப் ( டம்ளர்) தண்ணீராக வந்தவுடன் அதனை வடிகட்டி குடிக்கவும். இந்த பானத்தை நாம் தினமும் குடித்து வந்தால் ஹார்மோன் காரணமாக ஏற்படும் தொப்பையை குறைக்க முடியும்.
