All you need to do wake up and hydrate. For the most part that's coffee, tea, milk or water. Anything that is mostly water is fine. These has been shown in several studies that unless there is an over doing of it, or individual sensitivities to it, the caffeine in tea ans coffees is not enough to create issues. Weight loss will get tougher with age because your body is built to turn off /down hormones as it ages. To take 15 minutes to get to the point is just far too long.
