Chia seeds need to soak first.
I use a tsp of spirulina with one cup of coconut water and 1/4 slice of a grapefruit. Everymorning before work. If your brave use it without the Spirulina.

You want gut cleansing? Combine soymilk yogurt berries of your choice kiwi banana honey i also added as an option tremella mushroom powder. It wont just c leanse you out…..you will have diarrhea..i discovered this by accident. Omg.
