    Consistency is key sluggishness doesn’t disappear after one smoothie. Also check lymphatic system for immunity & look into arugula & beets lemon and ginger to cleanse your liver for sluggishness ..happy juicing ‼️🤗

    You want gut cleansing? Combine soymilk yogurt berries of your choice kiwi banana honey i also added as an option tremella mushroom powder. It wont just c leanse you out…..you will have diarrhea..i discovered this by accident. Omg. The high fiber, the probiotics, the sugars, explode and you will be cleaning everything out for at least three days. Omg.
