When you say you're frozen peas are cooked and refreshed and cold water do you mean you boil the peas for 5 minutes and then soak them in cold water for 5 minutes?

  3. @Deana-v5g says

    You could add cottage cheese.

  4. @Mandy-gu8nx says

Some great recipes thanks. I use milled chai seeds should I still soak them. Also could I use frozen or fresh avacado instead of banana so less sugar

I made the Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie🫐 TWICE today!!

    It's THAT HOT here in Ontario🇨🇦 (32C/90F – "feels like" 43C/109F; it's cooled down to that right now @ 7pm/EDT) 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

But it was also because it's THAT AWESOME!!

The second time 'round I just mixed it all in my blender cup, added some fancy granola "hempalicious" mix to the top and drank it right out of the cup 😅😋

Absolute flavour blast with the lemon zest. WOWIE 🤩

Thank you sooooo much George!! 🥰🌱

I always laugh at the way I have the same pots as you have in your videos, but now I’m also seeing the same glasses that I have 😂

Those look so good! When the title is truncated it comes out "Healthy Smoothies Without Protein…" which is not appealing. May I suggest something like "Health Smoothies – No Protein Powder…" or something like that?

  17. @DamarisRussellSocials says

Peas are so underrated but they're a pretty good source of protein. I've not tried them in a smoothie before so I'll try and remember that. The blueberry cheesecake one looked amazing!

Oh my!!! all of these look incredible! You are so creative! I would never have thought of using frozen peas, but of course! I’m a huge fan of all things tofu, so will always grab that first!!!

  24. @clarerickards3862 says

Can’t believe you picked the tofu up off the floor and put it in! I would do exactly the same.

Due to the extreme heat where you're at, smoothie recipes, cold recipes are probably the best way to go. Btw, those smoothies look really good. It's also hot like hell where I am. Fall can't arrive soon enough for me!

  27. @carmendanner4013 says

  30. @outlawdg says

I'm gonna try that blueberry one, I've been upping my protein but I've been using protein powder (vegan ofc) without issues, is there something wrong with protein powder ? (I'm asking because of the video title)

  31. @clivesmith9377 says

Thank you, George! Great recipes as always.

i am intrigued by the green pea one

  33. @kat_snt says

Good if you’re trying to gain weight, not so good if it’s the other way around. These are a third of my daily calories. Nice and healthy recipes though, thank you for sharing.

  34. @nadirafant6428 says

The green smoothie looks so good! Ima definately try that one. Also for beet root smoothies, you could also add some plainly steamed or roasted carrots for added sweetness, beta carotine, and vitamin A. I absolutely love a beetroot and carrot smoothie with a bit of mint and oranges. I have used canned beetroots in a pinch and its a great way to get your veg in

    Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie FTW!! 🫐🤩

Love the extra visual creativity with this one – such a simple way to make that swirl! 🌀

Appreciate that you made and filmed in the heat 🥵
    Thanks for more smoothies, George😋💙!!

    3:41 Poppy Cam 📽️

Lucky girl with her very own pool! 🐾☺️

I used to have one for my dog and she LOVED swishing around in it during the summer to cool off (she liked to swish but didn't like swimming). In the winter I'd bring it indoors, fill it with 100s of plastic and other balls and we'd play "brain games" like hiding treats – use that little nose to find the goodies😊. Excellent for working type dogs like border collies 😏

  37. @elainethorpe2333 says

Absolutely loved the smoothies in the previous video, so can't wait to try the three latest. I'm certain they'll be just as delicious. Thanks George. They're perfect for this hot weather too.
