I'm a big fan of your overnight oats, so I haven't tried a smoothie yet. Can you substitute whole milk in place of the coconut milk? I would think so, but I'm a newbie at figuring out the protein and other components of recipes. Thanks!

Would be nice if you added the recipe with ingredients and measurements in the description

What is the name of the protein powder you used?

During the hot summer days I have been freezing my yogurt smoothie and making it into a frozen yogurt! And then I add extra fruit on top! So good and refreshing too!

2 scoops of your PRO powder is 40 grams PRO already. With the additional yogurt, that's a lot in one sitting. 1 scoop would be fine. And K2 is and inexpensive supplement that shpoould be taken with a D3 supplement – whatever one needs to get D levels to +/- 90

I only have a smoothie after workout, after work. The smoothie makes me bloat so I cannot have this as a meal in the morning. I usually have 4 eggs on an organic, sourdough English muffin with some avocado with a pat of good butter!

    Could.u write down the recipe

I like converting smoothie recipes to bowls. Topping w berries and nuts. The chewing is critical to release enzymes for digesting and slowing blood sugar spikes. Can easily stick it in the fridge and finish the bowl later.🎉

Would want to check a glucose monitor after drinking it😅 but can't wait to try.

Oh Autumn – how i love the blueberry lemon smoothie! I just reach 20 weeks pregnant and this is still one of my favorites, especially in the heat down here in south Florida. I'll admit though-coconut butter has become as dangerous as PB or almond butter…i def lick the spoon hahaha

I didn’t even think I liked smoothies until I tried one of yours with kefir! I think it’s the one from your cookbook with blueberries. I am hooked on it!

Can we use coconut oil instead of butter

  16. @jessicafjerstad1278 says

Love smoothies for breakfast! But I also have food fatigue issues (if that’s a real thing) so I have to rotate meals or I start to skip food because I’m not interested. So I’ll do smoothies for a few days, egg-based for a few days, then maybe smoothie or cottage cheese bowl for a few days. If I do overnight oats, I can do it 2, maybe 3 days max in a row and then I have to move on. Is this normal? I wish I could tolerate the same thing all week for meal planning purposes, but I’ve noticed I just skip it once I’m tired of it and then I have crashes.

Never post pictures of your children online (like in your thumbnail), and don't trust anyone who does. Wrong on so many levels.
