½ cup water
1 scoops unflavored whey protein powder
½ scoop Orgain vanilla plant protein powder

60g nonfat greek yogurt
16g peanut butter

I take high protein oats (40gm) 12 gm protein plus milk 10gm protein =22gm protein and only 220 cals
Protein shake whey 30gm protein 162 cals
Total 220+162=382 cals and 52gm protein only
