I made the raspberry version. Didn't have zest but I had some lemon juice. No raspberries, worked well with strawberries. My husband like Bonne Mamam preserves which comes in super cute jars. I was able to split the recipe into two jars. Have been eating it for desset.

I always liked your music and change of "set" mid video as you transitioned downstairs for tasting. I realize it's multiple camera set ups but the fun "drama" did add a sense of excitement to the interesting, informative fun of your videos. Also, the low seating felt to me like you brought us close-in, like we were at the table WITH you. Congratulations, how exciting… blessings! 🤗🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻

I made the lemon chia version yesterday but with plain coconut yogurt (blood tests show I’m allergic to milk) I didn’t use protein powder and only a sm amount of almond milk. It set beautifully and wow amazing flavour. I added almond flakes just before serving. Thank you soooo much 👌🏻

I think people who criticize your seating choices need to just move along. These look tasty. I would like to see what you come up with for a brown sugar one.

Lemon zest keeps forever in the freezer, stored in a small canning jar. It is fresh-tasting when used straight out of the freezer. I put a few ginger rhizomes (roots/tubers) in a jar stored in the freezer, also. Both are nice to have on hand. Give it a try.
