I made this this evening. The taste was good but the broccoli and carrots were still too raw for me. I will try it again but cook the broccoli and carrots a little bit first.
Can’t wait to try this out. Will probably go with canned tomatoes and change the veggies up. It’s gonna be a great concept to learn, using whatever vegetable spices and cheeses you have on hand.

I live in Jonesboro, Arkansas with my roommate Lori. She is a retired Veteran, and I am now retired as well. Our weather here cannot decide if it is winter or spring! It has been being cold in the high 30's, low 40's and then the end of this week it is supposed to be 70's near 80. So, in Arkansas, you sometimes get all 4 seasons in one day. It is kind of hard to decide what to wear shopping because mornings are cold, but afternoons are kind of hot. We love your recipes; we try as many as we can since both of us have health issues.
