    I have embraced a low-carb lifestyle for 15 years, when a yearly physical exam revealed that my metabolic indicators were extremely unhealthy and would have required medication. Instead, we agreed to allow me to adopt a diet and get re-evaluated 6 months later. That prompted my change to a low-carb diet and my cravings for sugary treats completely and, I can say some 15 years later, permanently disappeared. So, no I do not eat sugary stuff. No interest at all.
