    We got an Abbott Lingo CGM off of Amazon. It lasts for 2 weeks and provided great information. My hubby had a falsely elevated A1C due to his thyroid. The CGM along with a Fructosamine test showed that his glucose is actually in a good range. It can be off by 10-20% but gives you an idea of where your at. He played around with it and if he ate a meal or just fruit with no fat he’d get a brief spike but would go back down quickly.

    Carrie Younce here… I have to tell you about the way I just used Granny Apple SALTT. My late mother-in-law's recipe for her sauerkraut always included apples, brown sugar, and a couple of other non-Keto things. We have tried to recreate it more Keto by using apple cider vinegar and SF Snapple Apple flavor, but it just isn't the same. WELL…
    I had a can of kraut and I mixed up a bottle of water with a G.A.Saltt… added a tablespoon of ACV…
    OMG!!! IT TOTALLY WORKS! Even my hubs was impressed. Thank you for the creation of the new flavor.. it made my week!
